Castles Media Company (CMC) was created to operate industry leading, highly targeted media properties in attractive vertical markets.  The Company plans to acquire and develop several category-specific media properties that can generate significant value by connecting buyers and sellers more efficiently and with greater utility than traditional mass media. 

Led by Julian Castelli, Castles Media has assembled a world class management team with over 30 years of collective experience in launching, acquiring and running targeted media properties.  These resources provide CMC with competitive advantages in the areas of online advertising, print and online media design and distribution, media sales, and operations.

In 2007, Castles Media launched its first vertical business  - Castles Travel, Inc. to focus on marketing and booking vacation rental property.  This business was kicked off through the acquisition of Mountain Reservations, Inc. the leading player in the US Ski Vacation market.  Castles Travel is currently seeking to acquire additional businesses that market or book vacation rental properties to further enhance its position in this rapidly growing market.

Castles Media is interested in acquiring high quality media companies (traditional and new media) that distinguish themselves by being leading providers of category-specific information to consumers in a convenient format.  Castles Media is well financed to pursue acquisitions of up to $100 million in value, and is interested in partnering with company founders and management to create attractive growth opportunities that they can participate in financially and operationally.
